If you'd like to purchase merch and flowers, please place separate orders unless the shipping address is the same for all items, and is in the local Richmond City Area.

Refunds will not be provided if flowers are ordered outside of the local Richmond City Area.

We deliver within Richmond city limits for a flat fee of $15. Our delivery day is Friday between 10AM to 4PM. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

If you need your flowers delivered on a different date, please reach out to us at hello@flowergoods.studio, after placing your order.

We want to make saturday flower deliveries as smooth as possible. Upon delivery, we will wait up to 10 minutes. If no one answers, we leave floral orders in a safe location near the door or with the front desk for condos or apartment buildings. We will send a courtesy text or email using the information provided at checkout. While we do everything possible to make sure flowers are left in a safe place, we are not responsible for any damage due to weather, theft or conditions that are out of our control.

Maximize your flower's vase life:

• Unwrap your bouquet from any wrapping and ribbon, trim 1" off the stems at a 45 degree angle, using a sharp knife or flower scissors. This allows the stem to take in more water!
• Remove any leaves that fall below the water line in your vase. Extra leaves in your water will decay, which makes bacteria grow.
• Keep your flowers away from direct sun and other sources of heat.
• Replace water every 2–3 days. Make sure to clean the vase before refilling with water.
• Recut stems in 3–4 days and remove wilted flowers and leaves as they occur.

All bouquets and arrangements are Designer's Choice and feature weekly changing flowers. We use what's fresh and available in market!

We do not accept returns or refunds as each merch item is made to order. We recommend that you shop slow!

For our florals, we do our best to pick out fresh flowers from our sources. With the proper care, your flowers can last up to 3 days, or longer!
